Sharon's Trade Signals ("the Service") is an educational and informational tool that shares trade "calls" — stock/index setups where 2 or more independent technical trading strategies, run by an automated system, agree on the same direction on the same day. The Service also provides historical performance tracking and a profit/loss calculator.
Nothing on this Service is investment, financial, or trading advice. Calls are generated by an automated technical-analysis system, not a personalized recommendation for your specific financial situation. Trading and investing in equities and derivatives carries real risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance shown on this Service does not guarantee or predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Please do your own research and consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any trading decision.
You need an account to access calls, history, and the calculator. Access is currently activated manually after payment is arranged directly with us — there is no automated billing yet. We may introduce automated subscription billing in the future, at which point these terms will be updated accordingly.
We track every call and its real outcome as accurately as we can. Some historical data (before 10 August 2026) was captured with a less precise detection method and is clearly labeled "Approximate" wherever shown, rather than presented as equally certain.
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, delayed notifications, or missed calls.
We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including for non-payment, misuse, or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any call, historical figure, or calculator output.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
